FIELD: communication.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to wireless communication. Method for providing information report on evaluating mobility state (MSE) and information on history of mobility, performed by UE in a wireless communication system, includes steps of: generating MSE information and information on mobility history; transmitting to network mobility information availability, wherein information availability indicator is included in at least one radio resource control (RRC) connection completition message, repeated RRC connection completion message or RRC connection reconfiguration completion message; and transmitting to network MSE information and mobility history information. When UE moves from a first cell to a second cell, mobility history information includes an information entry, indicating a record of mobility history for first cell. MSE information is used for presentation of UE mobility state as high mobility state, medium mobility state and normal mobility state, and UE mobility state is determined by number of handovers or cell reselections of UE.

EFFECT: technical result consists in enabling evaluation of a state which relates to displacement of user equipment (UE).
