FIELD: biotechnology.
SUBSTANCE: present invention relates to biotechnology, namely to delivery of anti-cancer agents to mammal cells. Invention enables to obtain conjugate of Angiopep-2 polypeptide aprotinin with three taxol molecules, which can be used in therapy of patients suffering from cerebral cancer.
EFFECT: obtained conjugate can effectively overcome blood-brain barrier in mammal and deliver drug to brain cells.
