REWINDING MACHINE AND METHOD OF PRODUCTION OF PAPER ROLLS OF DIFFERENT SIZE Russian patent published in 2007 - IPC B65H19/28 

FIELD: paper industry.

SUBSTANCE: proposed machine contains devices to feed continuous paper web along preset path, devices to make interrupted cross cuts to divide web into sections of preset length separated by tearing off, devices to deliver tubular cores on each of which preset number of paper sections should be wound to form rolls, channel to set direction of cores which passes between station for delivery of cores and station at which roll is formed. Said channel is partially limited by secured guide and partially by roller contributing to feed of paper. Machine contains also device which can feed preset amount of glue into channel which includes first and second means arranged and acting in corresponding preset places between core delivery station and roll forming station.

EFFECT: prevention of vibration and unbalance of core when forming rolls.
