FIELD: medicine, pharmaceutics.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to medicine and can be used for estimation of efficiency of endothelioprotective therapy in experimental animals after reconstructive operations on abdominal part of aorta. For this purpose one month after operation the level of superoxide dismutase (SOD), malonic dialdehyde (MDA), nitrogen (II) oxide NO is determined in animal blood. Expression of actin (a-SMA), CD34 and transforming growth factor (TGFβ) are determined on cuts from aorta plasty zones by means of immunohistological methods. In case of increased secretion of nitrogen (II) oxide and level of superoxide dismutase, reduction of malonic dialdehyde, low a-SMA and TGFβ expression, increased CD34 expression, conclusion about absence of preconditions for development of endothelium hyperplasia and efficiency of conducted therapy is made.
EFFECT: invention makes it possible to perform correction of endotheliotropic therapy before development of neointima hyperplasia.
