FIELD: medicine.

SUBSTANCE: method involves carrying out biochemical complex estimate of pro- and antioxidative system parameters and of NO level in patient blood before and after operation. Characteristic changes are detected. Clinical course prognosis is determined in postoperative period from restenosis positions with restenosis development markers like high superoxide dysmutase activity - above 24.0 conditional units/ml, NO level - below 3.2 mcm/l, malonic dialdehyde level - above 6.0 nm/ml, catalase activity - below 123 AU before operation, and with higher superoxide dysmutase activity - growing above 22.0 conditional units/ml from lower one or remaining unchanged initially high level above 22.0 conditional units/ml, NO level - below 4.0 mcm/l, malonic dialdehyde level - remaining unchanged initially high level or growing above 6.0 nm/ml, catalase activity - reduction below 115 AU.

EFFECT: high quality of treatment results in remote postoperative period.
