FIELD: medicine.

SUBSTANCE: invention refers to the medicine, particularly, to the immunology, and may be used for the prognosis of the development of the allergic rhinitis. For this purpose, the evaluation of gene expression of differentiation factors of T-helper subpopulations, Tbet, GATA3, and RORC, is performed. The magnitude 2-ΔΔCt is calculated via the formulation: 2-ΔΔCt=2-((-Ct cB2M-CtoB2M)-(Ct cx-Ctox)), where 2-ΔΔCt is a summed rate of expression of corresponding genes in a studied mononuclear cell fraction, Ctc is a number of a threshold cycle in control, Cto is a number of a threshold cycle in experience, B2M is a β2-microglobulin gene, X is a gene being studied. At the values for Tbet, equal to 2.56 and lower; GATA3, equal to 8.92 and higher; RORC, equal to 3.72 and higher, the development of the allergic rhinitis is prognosticated.

EFFECT: prognosis method of the development of the allergic rhinitis influenced by components of adverse production factors and natural pollen allergens.
