SUBSTANCE: invention relates to pharmaceutically important variants of principal Phl р 1 allergen from timothy grass (Phleum pretense). The allergen monomeric molecules are highly efficient in preparation of pharmaceutical compositions for immunotherapy of allergy, which is triggered by principal Phl р 1 allergen from timothy grass (Phleum pretense).
EFFECT: obtained molecules of recombinant allergen variant are soluble and stable in saline.
