FIELD: physics, control and signalling.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to automatic control devices for stabilising temperature of power elements of electronic equipment. The device for thermal stabilisation of power electronic equipment for severe operating conditions comprises a control system connected to an exhaust fan, and a controlled-speed exhaust fan is also used. The device includes the following units: a temperature sensor for the power module radiator, installed on the power module radiator and connected to the control system, a power module electric current sensor, installed inside the power module and connected to the control system, an air temperature sensor, installed inside a sealed shell and connected to the control system, a cooling/heating unit. The cooling/heating unit consists of an external heat exchange radiator with a cooling medium, installed in a ventilation shaft, an inner radiator with a connected blown air heater, installed inside the sealed shell, and the blower of the inner radiator, installed inside the sealed shell.
EFFECT: high energy efficiency and versatility of the device, reduced size of the device and reduced corrosion of the container.
