FIELD: metrology.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to metrology, in particular to devices for vibration motor troubleshooting. Device comprises vibration and shaft rotational speed sensors, scheme of receiving a vibratory signal and rotation rate. Device also includes a sampling mechanism for sampling the vibratory signal in real time with a sampling signal. Sampling signal is synchronized with one current rotational speed, thus generating a corresponding synchronous vibratory signal. Sampling signal is configured according to a minimum harmonic ratio, sampling ratio and rotational speed of the shaft of the motor. Device also comprises a buffer for buffering a sample, temporal length of said buffer is determined according to a minimum harmonic ratio. Device can retrieve from the buffered sample, frequency signals of harmonics, multiple of the minimum harmonic, with frequencies, frequencies proportional to the corresponding current rotational speed by multiplying the buffered sample with Fourier coefficients.
EFFECT: technical result is reduced memory space, reduced computational costs.
