METHOD AND MONITORING SYSTEM OF VIBRATING PHENOMENA APPEARING IN GAS-TURBINE ENGINE OF AIRCRAFT IN OPERATING TIME Russian patent published in 2014 - IPC G01M15/14 G01M15/12 G01M13/04

Abstract RU 2512610 C2

FIELD: measuring equipment.

SUBSTANCE: inventions belong to measuring equipment, in particular to area of control of condition of gas-turbine engines, and can be used for control of vibrating phenomena appearing in the gas-turbine engine of the aircraft in operating time. The method consists in the fact that a range of frequencies of a vibrating signal is established, which is characteristic for a condition of operation of the engine and its components, a set of vibrating signatures is used, each of which corresponds to the vibrating phenomenon, which appears in operating time of aviation engines of the same type, as supervised one, and the reason of which is a defect or abnormal work of a component of engines. Thus in the range they identify points of curves, which correspond to mathematical functions, each of which defines a vibrating signature, for each identified curve corresponding to defect of components of the engine, they analyse the amplitude connected with points of a curve, in relation to the predetermined values of amplitude corresponding to degree of gravity of defect, and if the value of amplitude is exceeded, or abnormal work is detected, the message connected with a vibrating signature is sent. The system contains means of receiving a vibrating signal, means of establishment of a range of frequencies of a vibrating signal, a database containing a set of vibrating signatures, means of identification in a range of frequencies of a vibrating signature, means of the analysis of amplitude and a transmission medium of the message connected with a vibrating signature.

EFFECT: improvement of quality of control of gas-turbine engine condition.
