FIELD: medical equipment.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to medical equipment, namely, to mobile x-ray units. Mobile X-ray unit comprising a base for accommodating a control unit and a power supply, as well as comprising a base for accommodating a control unit and a power supply supporting an X-ray applicator having an X-ray tube for emitting X-ray beam with central axis through an exit window for irradiation an object, wherein the X-ray unit further comprises a phantom-based dosimetry system including equivalent fabric material, note here that dosimetry system comprises at least two dosimeter, provided in equivalent fabric material at certain depth. Method of X-ray radiation control beam emitted from mobile X-ray unit includes a step, on which is insured a dosimetry system based on the phantom for verification of basic dose X-ray radiation.

EFFECT: using the inventions allows delivery of the X-ray beam in controlled manner.
