FIELD: medical equipment.
SUBSTANCE: group of inventions refers to medical equipment, namely to irradiation dosimetry. Dosemeter measurement of subject radiation dose during radiation therapy session by magnetic resonance imaging comprises housing, which outer surface is made with possibility of arranging subject, wherein each of separate cells comprises shells filled with magnetic resonance radiation dosemeter. Therapeutic apparatus comprises magnetic resonance imaging system, source of ionising radiation, made with possibility to direct beam of ionising radiation in direction of target zone inside subject, computer system with processor, machine-readable data medium and dosemeter. Execution of instructions assigns processor to execute steps of determining position of target zone, ionising radiation beam direction inside target zone, wherein ionising radiation is directed so that ionising radiation passes through dosemeter, obtaining set of magnetic resonance data from dosemeter, wherein dosemeter at least partially located inside imaging zone, calculation of ionising radiation dose of individual in accordance with set of magnetic resonance data.
EFFECT: using inventions enables higher reproducibility of measurements of radiation dose.
