FIELD: transportation.

SUBSTANCE: in order to allow the divers leaving the emergency submarine lying on the ground to get to the life rafts, that were released and are maintained on the sea surface above the submarine, the diver shall float to the sea surface and swim to the released raft. Diver's position is fixed by retention by the arc, with a fixed ring, through which the guide wire is passed. After the wetsuit carbine connection to the rope portion located above the arc, the diver swims to the surface.

EFFECT: assurance of saved submariners getting in the raft.
