FIELD: underwater devices.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to underwater equipment and can be used on submarines when performing rescue operations. Universal rescue system for submarine, which is in surface position, includes life rafts arranged on submarine. System includes an evacuation device providing for safe landing of crew members of an emergency submarine into life rafts. Evacuation device consists of a rope lowering and a "rope" cable fixed to the submarine, which is a guiding element and ensures getting of the rescued crew members from the emergency submarine onto the raft.
EFFECT: guaranteed landing of crew of emergency submarines in life rafts.
