FIELD: medicine.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to spinal surgery and may be useful for stabilizing the spinal motion segment with transpedicular instruments in patients with osteoporosis of the spine. At the levels of inserting screws from both sides through the legs of the vertebrae, channels are formed to access the vertebral bodies. Through the channels formed, transpedicular into the bodies of the vertebrae, a bone funnel is inserted through which the small bone chips are introduced into the vertebral body by the impactor and then compacted with bone chips, and the pedicles of arch of vertebra are filled with bone chips. Reform the channels for the introduction of screws, cut the thread in the prepared channels, insert the screws transpedicularly, and fix the heads of the screws to the rods.
EFFECT: method allows to exclude the compression of the spinal medulla, to preserve the blood supply of the vertebrae.
