FIELD: medicine.
SUBSTANCE: group of inventions relates to medicine, namely to surgery, traumatology and orthopaedics, and can be used in primary and secondary endoprosthesis replacement (re-arthroplasty) for prevention and treatment of hip joints, accompanied by disturbance of stability of the endoprosthesis. According to variant I device comprises leg with neck and support platform with a hole for mounting bracket, acetabular cup made in the form of a hemisphere with flat base, head and fixing screws, couplings with inner channel and screw thread on their outer surface of the distal end and plastic tubes of samp system. Leg has a central opening, which repeats the shape of leg, perforation holes on side surface and central hole in the distal base. Hole on the support platform of leg is performed as through with internal thread. Neck has lengthwise grooves on the side surface. Acetabular cup has radial grooves at outer spherical surface, circular recess at the base and hole with inner thread, made in flat base. Each of the longitudinal grooves of the neck is conjugated with the central opening of leg, and radial recesses of acetabular cup – with circular recess coupled, in its turn, with a hole on a flat base. One of the couplings of the distal end is connected with a hole on the support platform of leg, and on proximal end – with plastic tube of samp system. Other coupling on the distal end is connected with a hole on a flat base of acetabular cup, and on proximal end – with plastic tube of samp system. According to variant II device comprises leg with neck and support platform with a hole for mounting bracket, acetabular cup made in the form of a hemisphere with flat base, head and fixing screws, couplings with inner channel and screw thread on their outer surface of their distal end and plastic tubes of samp system. Hole on the support platform of leg is performed as through with internal thread. Neck has lengthwise grooves on the side surface. Acetabular cup has radial grooves at outer spherical surface, circular groove at the base and a hole with inner thread, made in flat base. Each of the longitudinal grooves of the neck is coupled with lengthwise opening of leg. Radial recesses of acetabular cup are conjugated with a circular groove coupled, in its turn, with a hole on a flat base. Inner channel of leg cylindrical projection is coupled with a hole in its distal base. One of the couplings on the distal end is connected with a hole on the support platform of leg. Other coupling on the distal end is connected with a hole on a flat base of acetabular cup, and on proximal end – with plastic tube of samp system. Cylindrical projection of leg is connected on distal end with plastic tube of samp system.
EFFECT: inventions provides higher efficiency of operation of hip joints of patients with complications in the area of prosthetics by eliminating of infection by local method.
