FIELD: medicine.
SUBSTANCE: invention can be used for intraosseous intramedullary osteosynthesis in the treatment and prevention of fractures complicated by osteomyelitis, soft tissue infection and pathological fractures with unstable bone segments in hematogenous osteomyelitis and benign bone disease. The device for intraosseous osteosynthesis contains a rod with drainage channels, a tip and a shank, a coupling with a central channel, connected at one end to the rod shank, and at the other - to the drainage tube of the aspiration system, and fixing elements. It differs by being provided with an additional coupling that has a central channel, drainage channels on the outer lateral surface, a hexagonal ledge for a key and radial recesses located at its proximal end, through oblique channels made at an angle of 45° with respect to the vertical axis of the coupling and having an inlet and an outlet through the holes at the proximal end of the additional coupling and on its lateral surface, the rod is made solid with curved grooves consisting of a rectangular and associated cylindrical part that has an inlet and an outlet through holes at the proximal end of the rod and on the lateral surface of its distal part, the fixing elements are made in the form of spokes, the additional coupling is threaded on the inner and outer lateral surfaces, the rod shank is threaded on the outer lateral surface, and the sleeve is threaded on the inner lateral surface, the drainage channels of the rod and curved grooves are located on its outer lateral surface, alternating with each other, the spokes are located in the oblique channels of the additional coupling and in the cylindrical part of the curvilinear rod recess with a possibility of longitudinal movement over them, the additional coupling internal thread is conjugated to the external thread of the rod shank, which, in turn, is interfaced with the internal thread of the coupling with the drainage tube, the drainage channels of the rod and the additional coupling communicate with each other and with the coupling central channel, and the curved groove communicates with the coupling central channel connected to the drainage tube of the aspiration system.
EFFECT: one-stage treatment, which reduces traumatism, shortens treatment time.
