FIELD: medicine.
SUBSTANCE: group of inventions relates to medicine, namely to traumatology and orthopedics, and can be used for intraosseous drainage osteosynthesis in treating and preventing of fractures complicated with osteomyelitis, soft tissue infection. According to version I device comprises rod with drain perforation holes at side surface, which includes solid tip with holes for locking screws and with lateral groove with opening at its base, central part, distal part with central channel coupled with its lower end with opening in base of side groove of tip of rod, proximal part with central channel connected in upper part with coupling shank connected with drain tube of aspiration system. Central part of rod is solid and has at least one side cut with windows in its upper and lower bases, and additional through holes for locking screws. Central channel, passing through distal part of rod top end is coupled with window in lower base side groove of central part of rod. Central channel passing through proximal part of rod top end is coupled with window in upper base side groove of central part of rod. According to version II device for intramedullary osteosynthesis comprises rod with drain perforation holes at side surface, which includes tip with holes for locking screws and with lateral groove with window, as well as distal, central and proximal parts with central channel, couped with top end with coupling shank connected with drain tube of aspiration system. Distal and central parts of rod are solid and have at least one lateral groove and additional through holes for locking screws. Groove of distal and central parts of rod and tip groove are coupled to make side channel of rod with window at base. Channel length makes 0.9–0.92L, where L is length of rod. Window of side channel is coupled with lower end of central channel of proximal part of rod. Additional through holes for locking screws are arranged in central part of rod under opening of side channel of rod. Inventions provide of permanent long-term drainage during osteosynthesis, which prevents abscess, as well as local spreading and generalization of inflammatory process in presence of infected tissues.
EFFECT: provides therapeutic, sanifying and decontaminating effect due to external outflow of pyo-inflammatory exudate of tissues.
