FIELD: ship building.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to shipbuilding, in particular to construction of water jet propeller for underwater vehicles. Ejector two-circuit water jet propeller for underwater vehicles contains a main ring-shaped body with annular inner contour for water streams movement. In the main ring-shaped body, water intake with aerodynamic guide vanes, propeller, straightening profiled blades and jet nozzle are successively located. Water jet propeller is equipped with additional ring-shaped body with annular outer contour for water streams movement. Additional annular body is rigidly connected to outer surface of main annular body by aerodynamic profile divider ribs and is installed coaxially with main ring-shaped body with displacement of additional annular body introduced into water inlet device with respect to water intake of the main annular body with formation after propeller of jet nozzle common cut of main annular body and additional ring-shaped body introduced into jet nozzle device. Before introducing rectified profiled blades into device, iris diaphragm is installed in nozzle critical section, and teardrop fairing is fixed along axis of symmetry at outlet of adjustable jet nozzle.
EFFECT: increase in thrust is achieved while maintaining energy costs on propeller and increasing propulsive characteristics of the propulsion device.
