SUBSTANCE: invention relates to medicine, in particular to traumatology and orthopaedics. Fixation of fragments with two wires and tightening wire loop is realised perpendicular to extremity axis. Fragments are additionally fastened with circular stabilising wire loop.
EFFECT: method reduces trauma of tissues, eliminates development of pain syndrome, and increases osteosynthesis strength.
