FIELD: medicine.
SUBSTANCE: group of the inventions relates to field of biotechnology. Claimed is L-lysine-producing bacterium of genus Corynebacterium, modified in such a way that amino acid substitution H461Q is contained in amino acid sequence of product of mutant gene fusA. Claimed is L-lysine-producing bacterium of genus Brevibacterium, modified in such a way that amino acid substitution H461Q is contained in amino acid sequence of product of mutant gene fusA. Claimed is method for obtaining L-lysine, which includes cultivation of any of said modified bacteria.
EFFECT: group of inventions makes it possible to increase level of L-lysine production in said strains-producents by not less than 9% in comparison with parential strains-producents of L-lysine.
