Agar nutrient medium contains necessary for plant development components included in the culture medium of Murashige-Skoog medium, namely organic substances, including vitamins, carbohydrates and amino acids and/or protein hydrolysates, as well as a chelating agent, inorganic salts containing nitrogen, phosphorus, sodium, potassium, calcium, magnesium, sulfur, chlorine, iodine, boron, manganese, molybdenum and cobalt as well as iron, zinc and copper. Thus iron or zinc, or copper, or iron, zinc, and copper in the combination belong to the culture medium in the form of metal nanoparticles.
