FIELD: biotechnology.
SUBSTANCE: invention is related to new nanocomposites (NC) based on natural polysaccharides arabinogalactan (I), sulphate arabinogalactan (II) and κ-carrageenan (III) with manganese-containing nanoparticles, as well as to a method of growing plants using NC when grown under aseptic conditions on a modified agar nutrient medium containing NC. The invention can be used as a component of low-dose organo-mineral fertilizers with prolonged action.
EFFECT: inclusion of NC in the composition of the agar nutrient medium makes it possible to cultivate planting material with improved morphometric and/or physiological parameters, free from phytopathogens.
