FIELD: heating.
SUBSTANCE: wasteheat exchanger with boiling bed contains a metal housing, a separator, water dispenser, nozzles, a movable nozzle of the hollow plastic balls, tray and support grid, wherein the guide unit and the float valve is additionally installed in the housing, and there is the vibrator at the support grid, and each of the nozzles consists of a body with a screw, coaxially arranged in the lower part of the body, and the fitting with a cylindrical hole for fluid supply located in the upper part of the body, connected to the diffuser, axisymmetric to the body and fitting, the screw is pressed into the body to form a conical chamber, located above the screw, coaxially to the diffusor and connected with it in series, at that the screw is made blind, and the outer surface of the screw consists of two series-connected surfaces, one of which represents at least a single-lead helical groove with the right or left-thread and located inside the body, and the second surface is made smooth as a rotation body, connected axially-symmetrically to the spray disk, disposed perpendicular to the axis of the body, and protrudes over the end face of the lower part of the body, wherein the line forming this surface may be either a straight line or curve line of n-power, and the spray disc surface, protruding over the end face of the lower part of the body is formed bent toward the lower part of the body and has the radial slots at the peripheral part, alternating with the blind part of the spray disc surface. The shape of movable nozzle is made in the form of cylindrical ring, on the side, inner and outer surfaces of which there is the screw thread, made in the opposite directions, or in the form of a ball, on the surface of which there are non-through holes of hemispherical shape, or in the form of a ring, on the outer surface of which the helical surface is made in the form of a plate screw, or in the form of at least a three-bladed propeller.
EFFECT: increase of the dedusting process efficiency and reliability by increasing the liquid spray degree by the nozzles.
