SUBSTANCE: invention relates to apparatus for waste air heat recovery and for cooling circulation water, as well as for adiabatic cooling and air humidifying in ventilation and air conditioning systems. In a heat recovery device with a fluidized bed of inert packing comprising a metal casing, a separator, a water distributor, nozzles, a movable inert packing, a pallet and a support grid, the guide body and the float valve additionally arranged in the body, and a vibrator mounted on the support grid, the movable inert packing is made in the form of a cylindrical ring, on the lateral inner surface of which there are fixed partitions in the form of holes perpendicular to the axis of the ring of washers whose axes are asymmetric to the axis of the ring, or a movable inert head is made in the form of a block inscribed in a circle, consisting of seven interconnected side edges of hexagonal parallelepipeds without an upper and a lower base, or a movable inert head is made in the form of interconnected helical spirals, inscribed in a spherical surface with a center lying on the axis of the connection of the spirals, or a movable inert head is made in the form of at least twelve connected in a block of three-bladed propellers, which projection onto the drawing plane is inscribed in a circle with a center coinciding with the center of one of them. Spray nozzle of the nozzle irrigation system is made in the form of a vortex nozzle containing a body, a fitting and a co-axially inserted swirl insert, an expansion channel is provided in the connection for feeding liquid into a cylindrical hole, which is axially symmetric to the body and smoothly passes into a coaxial with it shaped hole, made in the form of a diffuser, cylindrical hole of the body accommodates cylindrical swirl insert, arranged axially symmetric with the body and having outer peripheral screw-like threaded channels, wherein along the axis of the vortex insertion, a central axial aperture with a screw thread on the inner surface opposite to the channel cutting direction is formed, wherein the vortex insert is installed in the housing through the elastic gaskets and is pressed by the fitting by means of a threaded connection of the body-fitting, wherein the external screw-like threaded channels and screw threading on the inner surface of the axial opening of the vortex insertion are made with a variable pitch, the swirl insert is made of wear-resistant material, and a perforated disk is mounted at the top of the nozzle, in which a hollow helical conical swirler is mounted in an expanding channel for supplying liquid to the cylindrical hole made axially symmetrically to the nozzle body, and a helical through-cut is made on the surface of the hollow helical conical swirler.

EFFECT: increased efficiency and reliability of the dust collection process by increasing the liquid spraying rate of injectors.
