FIELD: chemistry.
SUBSTANCE: polymer hydrogel is obtained by copolymerizing of an aqueous solution containing 1.0-4.0 wt % of acrylamide, 1.0-4.0 wt % of sodium acrylate, 0.04-0.06 wt% of N, N-methylenebisacrylamide and 2.5-3.0 wt % of sodium carbonate and then the polymer hydrogel is treated with a 5.0-10.0% aqueous solution of hydrochloric acid until pH of 1.5-2.0 is obtained, then treated with an aqueous solution containing biologically active substances.
EFFECT: process time reduction from 30-40 hours to 3,5-4,5 hours.
