FIELD: biotechnology.
SUBSTANCE: method involves obtaining hemosorbent by radical polymerization at room temperature under the action of a redox catalyst for polymerization of an aqueous solution containing 0.1–0.9 % wt. ovomucoid from duck egg protein, acylated with acrylic acid chloride, 7.0–10.0 % wt. acrylamide and 0.5–1.1 % wt. N, N'methylene bisacrylamide in the presence of 0.01–0.08 % wt. modifying additive - hirudin, acylated with acrylic acid chloride to obtain a hydrogel. Resulting hydrogel is crushed and washed with bicarbonate buffer until complete removal of unreacted compounds.
EFFECT: invention allows to increase the thromboresistance of hemosorbent.
