FIELD: manufacturing technology.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to current-conducting polymer composite materials, as well as to adhesives and pastes, made therefrom. Composition contains a plasticiser, metal-containing components of nano-sized powders of nickel and cobalt, coated with carbon nanotubes. Current-conducting adhesive composition based on organic binder and silver nano- and micropowder additionally contains glycerine and/or dibutyl phthalate, nanosized powders of nickel and cobalt, coated with carbon nanotubes with a given ratio of components, followed by mechanochemical mixing with simultaneous ultrasonic treatment, facilitating de-agglomeration of filler particles.
EFFECT: invention enables to reduce temperature of sintering material, increases heat conductivity, reduces specific volumetric electric resistance.
