FIELD: medicine.
SUBSTANCE: implant unit for alveolar bone defective portion reconstruction, made within the scope of proposed reconstruction and comprising a bearing part with surfaces, one of which is intended for contact with the recipient bed and the other forms the reconstructed profile, has the bearing part formed as a rigid cellular structure based on polylactic acid with cells forming a network of communicating channels output to the surface so that the transverse dimensions of the channels in the unit volume and at the output to the surface for contact with the recipient bed exceed 0.5 mm, and the transverse dimensions of the channels at the output to the surface forming the reconstructed profile are less than 0.5 mm. The method for alveolar bone defective portion reconstruction includes formation of a muco-periosteal flap and exfoliation of gingival cover; formation of a recipient bed in the alveolar bone defective portion; formation of an appropriate volume of the planned reconstruction of the implant unit; its installation in place and gingival cover fixation. At that, the recipient bed is formed by punching the defective portion of the alveolar process through and in conjunction with the gingival cover. The muco-periosteal flap is formed and peeled off from the mucosa to form a cavity between the recipient bed and perforated gingival cover, and the implant unit is created by means of 3D-simulation in the amount of the proposed reconstruction with surfaces, one of which is intended for contact with the recipient bed and the other forming the reconstructed profile with the bearing part in the form of rigid cellular structure based on polylactic acidwith cells forming a network of communicating channels output to the surface so that the transverse dimensions of the channels in the unit volume and at the output to the surface for contact with the recipient bed exceed 0.5 mm, and the transverse dimensions of the channels at the output to the surface forming the reconstructed profile is less than 0.5 mm, and placed in the formed cavity.
EFFECT: inventions allow to improve manufacturability and reduce method invasiveness by unifying and enhancing the implant unit functionality.
