FIELD: biotechnology.
SUBSTANCE: group of inventions relates to biotechnology. Method and device for determining nucleotide sequence of nucleic acid molecule are proposed. Method involves immobilization of ringed nucleic acid and polymerase fragments on sensor, adding to sensor surface mixture of unlabeled deoxyribonucleotides or ribonucleotides, where nucleotide of one type is present in a lower concentration, sensor registration of charge separation and calculation of time intervals between each fact, repeating the steps of adding, registering and determining where, with each repetition, type of nucleotide with a lower concentration changes, and further definition of nucleotide sequence based on certain time intervals. Device comprises matrix with multitude of sensor cells and analog-digital circuit, microfluidic device, device for processing and displaying data, chips of matrix of sensor cells.
EFFECT: inventions provide improved sequencing accuracy and performance.
