FIELD: engines and pumps.
SUBSTANCE: monitoring of multiple stator blades. The invention provides a system comprising a plurality of sensors configured to generate acoustic emission (AE) signals that are represented by an acoustic emission wave propagating through multiple stator blades. The system also includes a processing subsystem which is in operating connection with the multiple sensors, and this processing subsystem is configured to generate a dynamic threshold based on the initial threshold and the AE signals, determine whether there are signals of interest in AE signals based on the dynamic threshold, extract the plurality of signals of interest from the AE signals based on the dynamic threshold, determine one or more parameters corresponding to the plurality of signals of interest, and analyze one or more parameters of monitoring and confirmation of the state of multiple stator blades.
EFFECT: invention improves accuracy of cracks detection.
