Summary of Invention is that performing the acoustic emission signals parameters reception, recording and evaluation at the monitored object loading time, acoustic signals digitizing, their pre-processing, filtering of noise, at that, pre-setting the strain threshold equal to the strain root-mean-square value in the absence of external influences on the monitored object, and the acoustic emission signal amplitude critical value, which is defined as the signals from the developing defect amplitude average value, the monitored object loading is carried out by the impact load, recording the dynamic deformations, determining the strain from the impact maximum value, by which estimating the impact force on the monitored object, then gradually increasing the impact load, but not more than 150 % of the operational load, fixing the deformation threshold last exceeding, after that, recording the acoustic emission signals during the elastic stresses in the monitored object relaxation time and rejecting the product if the signal amplitude exceeds its critical value.
EFFECT: expansion of the structural elements acoustic emission control technological capabilities.
