FIELD: medicine.
SUBSTANCE: following indicators are determined: patient's age (PA), level of occlusive-stenotic limb lesion (Lev), triglycerides (TG) level, low-density lipoprotein (LDL) level, polymorphism of receptor genes for second type angiotensin II (AGTR2: 1675) and endothelial nitric oxide synthase (NOS3:894). Based on these data a predictive coefficient (PKeoml) is calculated as the classification value of the regression equation based on the original formula. When PKeoml is above or equal to -0.4511, high efficiency of operative treatment is predicted.
EFFECT: method can improve the accuracy of prediction of surgery effectiveness during treatment of atherosclerosis obliterans of lower limb arteries.
