FIELD: medicine.
SUBSTANCE: invention refers to medicine, namely to therapeutic-diagnostic methods in orthopaedic dentistry, is intended for use in predicting the effectiveness of quality of temporary prosthetic repair of patients with complete adentia based on a prognostic coefficient taking into account clinical, instrumental, physical and anamnestic data. Following data are evaluated: data on the presence of an allergic reaction to basic plastics (ARP), densitometry data of bone tissue of jaws (DD), tobacco smoking (TS), state of mucosa according to the Supple (SM) classification, condition of oral hygiene (CH), degree of atrophy according to Lekholm and Zarb classification (DA) and calculating prognostic quality factor of temporary prosthesis (PQF) as classification value of regression equation (PQF) by formula: PQF = ARP × RVO1 + DD × RVO2 + CH ×RVO3 + TS × RVO4− DA × RVO5− SM × RVO6 + End, where RVO1 = 3.58284; RVO2 = 3.58284; RVO3 = 1.55758; RVO4 = 0.0556017; RVO5 = (−2.13953); RVO6 = (−1.85714); End = (−8.64908); ARP - allergic reaction to basic plastics: 101 - no allergies, 102 - allergy; DD is jaw bones densitometry data: 101 - 1 degree, 102 - 2 degree, 103 - 3 degree, 104 - 4 degree; CH is state of oral hygiene: 101 - excellent, 102 - good, 103 - bad; TS - tobacco smoking: 101 - does not smoke, 102 - smokes; DA - degree of atrophy according to Lekholm and Zarb classification: 101 - type A, 102 - type B, 103 - type C, 104 - type D, 105 - type E; SM is the state of mucosa according to the Supple (SM) classification: 101 is the first type, 102 - the second type, 103 - the third type, 104 - the fourth type, and if the prognostic coefficient is more or equal to 1.43, then the installation of the covering, removable prosthesis, and if the prognostic coefficient is less than 1.43, then the installation of the conditionally removable prosthesis as the most suitable one is chosen.
EFFECT: method enables providing more accurate and efficient selection of a temporary prosthesis type at the moment of osteointegration of dental implants in complete adentia based on multidimensional statistical modeling.
