FIELD: biotechnology.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to biotechnology. A method for producing a biocomposite with antibacterial properties is proposed, including cultivating Komagataeibacter sucrofermentans RNCIM B-11267 under static conditions on a medium with molasses, separating the resulting bacterial cellulose gel film from the culture medium, and purifying it; then the gel film is mechanically crushed to obtain a hydrogel of bacterial cellulose with a hydromodule with a ratio of 1:3 and the antibiotic fusidine sodium or the enzyme lysozyme are added at a concentration of 7.5 mg/ml and 1 mg/ml of the hydrogel, respectively.
EFFECT: invention provides for expanding the range of wound dressings based on bacterial cellulose hydrogel with regenerative properties and antibiotic activity against Staphylococcus aureus bacteria.
