SUBSTANCE: invention relates to dentistry and can be used for treating parodontium and periodontium diseases, including generalised parodontitis, diseases of oral cavity mucosa, as well as for prevention of complications in dental implantation. Method of treating parodontium and periodontium and oral cavity mucosa diseases includes laser impact with wavelength of red range, in which movement of working tip of laser radiation along the area of pathological focus is realised repeatedly for 4-5 minutes on each jaw, by continuous passage, bringing to minimum time of stops 1-2 s in the areas of bands and frenula, and before laser impact hydromassage of gums and oral cavity mucosa is additionally performed with heated to 37-40°C natural mineral water under pressure 1.0-3.0 atm, with the following introduction into parodontal recesses of layer of 1-3 mm of composition of pearlescent pigment from fish scales and dental gel Gengigel of "Ricerfarma" company, Italy, production, in weight ratio 2:3.

EFFECT: increased efficiency of treatment, prevention of recurrences, reduction of the level of rupture of small vessels and formation of hematomas, increase of reparation of parodontium, periodontium and oral cavity mucosa tissues, reduction of time of tissue healing, reduction of treatment terms.
