FIELD: food industry.
SUBSTANCE: method for determining maltose, glucose, fructose in distillery half-products involves the chromatographic separation of carbohydrates to be determined, using a liquid chromatograph with the refractometric detector of the chromatographic analytical column RHM-Monosaccharide Phenomenex H+filled with a sorbent represented by resin with crosslinking degree of 8% in the hydrogen ion form (300×7.8 mm, particle size of 8 microns). Wherein the flow rate of the mobile fraction (distilled water) is 0.6 cm3/ min, the pressure is 2.3 MPa, the maximum temperature in the column is 80°C, and the qualitative and quantitative determination of maltose, glucose, fructose is according to the chromatogram obtained. The sample is prepared by means of centrifuging for 7 minutes at 13.000 rev/min.
EFFECT: reduction of analysis time, increased sensitivity, as well as simplifying the analysis.
