FIELD: technological processes.
SUBSTANCE: coating unit, especially the painting of objects, in particular of automotive bodies, comprises a coating cabinet in which the objects are exposed by means of a coating material and through which an air flow can be directed that captures and removes the resulting overexploitation of the coating material, separating device to which the cabin air is supplied and where a large part of at least solid materials is precipitated out of overexploitation, with at least one filtering module, through which the saturated with overexploitation cabin air is directed, and in which overexploitation is dispersed. Moreover, the filtering module restricts the filtering space, through which in the direction of the main flow is directed saturated with the overexploitation cabin air. In the filtering space there are a plurality of separating elements from the permeable separating material for the cabin air in such a way that a flow maze is formed between the separating elements. Wherein, the separating material is a fiber material, the density of the material of separating elements in the filter stages increases in the direction of main flow.
EFFECT: improving the efficiency of cleaning cabin air from paint overexploitation.
