FIELD: machine engineering.
SUBSTANCE: in the method of discharging process air saturated by respray, in particular a plant for applaying coatings, primaraly a plant for painting. The respray is captured by air flow that is sent as process air through flow path to a pre-treatment device. The process air saturated with the respray is guided on its flow path through at least one replaceable flow module with an inlet opening and an outlet opening, on which internal surfaces the respray can settle and can be replaced with clean flow module, when saturation limit is reached. The flow module is located in the flow channel which is set by air guide device. In addition, a device is described for discharging process air saturated with the respray, in which at least one flow module with inlet opening and outlet opening provided in the flow path of the process air, a possibility is provided to accommodate at least one exchangeable flow module with inlet and outlet openings. The respray can settle on inner surfaces of outlet opening. There are means by which at least one flow module is replacable with clean flow module when saturation limit is reached. There is air guide device that sets flow path for process air saturated with the respray. The flow module with respect to the cross-section or geometry, or inlet opening, or outlet opening is made complementary to such region of the air guide device in which the flow module is arranged. In addition, a coating plant with a coating cab is described and configured impact with coating material on objects. The air flow that can be sent through the cab, captures the resulting respray and discharges it as process air through the flow path. There is a device in the plant for discharging process air with a device for discharging the process air saturated with the respray.
EFFECT: simplified cleaning of surfaces which are ventilated in the flow path by process air respray, possibility for continuous operation of the plant.
