FIELD: paint industry.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to over spraying deposition from enriched cabin air of coatings application plants and can be used in paint and coatings industry. Over spraying is trapped by airflow and supplied to separating device (42), where major part of, at least, solid substances is separated from over spraying. Enriched with over spraying cabin air is supplied through filtration modules (40), in which over spraying is separated and which are made with possibility of disposable structural units replacement with filter housing (46) and filtering assembly (52). Each filtration module (40) after reaching maximum filling with over spraying is replaced with empty filtration module (40). Separating device (42) includes facilities (38, 56, 68, 90), by means of which each filtration module (40) after reaching maximum filling with over spraying is replaceable with empty filtration module (40). Coatings application plant, first of all painting of automotive bodies, with cabin (2) for application of coating contains separating device (42), to which cabin air is supplied.
EFFECT: invention enables to reduce power consumption, reduce labor intensity of over spraying removal process from filtering surface.
