FIELD: radio engineering and communications.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to method of obtaining access to radio communication environment shared by plurality of communication terminals. Terminal, which wishes to send data to other terminals, performs following steps: said environment listening step; if environment is free, step of marker transmission by environment; step of response receiving transmitted by receivers, which received this marker; waiting and environment listening step, if response is conflict message indicating, that transmitting response receiver has received several markers; data transmitting step, if received response is acknowledgement of only one marker reception. At that, radio communication environment is set by dedicated frequency-time space in frame of radio communication system with time division multiple access (TDMA), making broadcasting environment successive time slots are combined into pairs, and all terminals are divided into two subsets.

EFFECT: technical result consists in possibility of elimination of conflicts in radio communication system.
