FIELD: metal processing.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to abrasive treatment. Abrasive article comprising substrate, adhesive layer, coating cover, first group, including plurality of shaped abrasive particles, connected with substrate, besides, each of plurality of shaped abrasive particles of first group has, at least, one of specified angular orientation, specified transverse orientation and specified longitudinal orientation, wherein plurality of shaped abrasive particles of first group form first not overshadowing distribution relative to each other, and not overshadowing structures include certain arrangement of abrasive particles relative to each other, wherein abrasive particles overlapping degree during initial phase of material removal is not more than 25 %, wherein each shaped abrasive particle represents body made from polycrystalline material, not containing binding material.
EFFECT: technical result is increasing abrasive particles efficiency, improving abrasive article performance characteristics and its service life.
