SUBSTANCE: invention relates to the air cooling devices (ACD) and can be used for condensation or cooling of coolant in power plants, chemical and petroleum industries. Device for cooling or condensation of the coolant, containing a housing, a vent element, a heat exchanger, at least one member for spraying the water located before the holes in the housing for air intake from the outside and configured as a closed loop with the nozzles evenly spaced along the length of the circuit for water spraying and rigidly connected with the housing or mounted on the common base with the housing. The loop is made as two hollow tubes, connected in the upper and lower parts, so that to provide the fluid movement thereon and to provide the uniform pressure at each nozzle.

EFFECT: improved air interaction with the coolant.
