FIELD: technological processes.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to auxiliary devices for liquid purification and/or desalination systems, mainly of water for household and/or drinking water supply, intended for use in household and/or industrial conditions, in suburban and garden plots. Antiscalant dosing device includes a reservoir for the antiscalant, a dosing means comprising two dosing chambers provided with at least one antiscalant feed mechanism, two connection assemblies, inlet and outlet valves and a motion transmission means. Dosing means is connected with the reservoir for the antiscalant through the inlet valves of the connection assemblies and during the device operation – with the liquid supply line of the liquid purification system through the outlet valves of the connection assemblies. Device is configured able to convert rotary motion of the motion transmission means into reciprocating motion of the antiscalant feed mechanism, herewith each dosing chamber is equipped with a separate antiscalant feed mechanism, which are synchronized in antiphase via the motion transmission means.
EFFECT: technical result is better ability to control the quantity of simultaneously dosed antiscalant at simultaneous improvement of power efficiency and reliability of the antiscalant dosing device.
