FIELD: medical equipment.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to medical equipment, namely ambulatory infusion devices. The device contains pump drive unit (2), hydraulic distributor drive unit (1) and control unit (40). Pump drive unit (2) contains pump drive actuator (20) and pump drive leading element (21) connected to pump drive actuator (20) and connected to piston (302) of dosing pump (30) for transmitting pump drive force and/or torque from pump drive actuator (20) to piston (302). Hydraulic distributor drive unit (1) contains actuator (10) of hydraulic distributor drive and leading element (12) of hydraulic distributor drive, connected to actuator (10) of hydraulic distributor drive and connected to hydraulic distributor (31) for transmitting force and/or torque from actuator (10) of hydraulic distributor drive to hydraulic distributor (31) for switching hydraulic distributor (31). Control unit (40) is made with the possibility to control the repeated execution of a sequence including the following steps: a) operating actuator (10) of hydraulic distributor drive to switch hydraulic distributor (31) to the filling state; b) operating pump drive actuator (20) to move piston (302) in the direction of discharge; c) operating pump drive actuator (20) to move piston (302) in the direction of extension, opposite to the direction of discharge, to the distance of dead stroke compensation; d) operating actuator (10) of hydraulic distributor drive to switch hydraulic distributor (30) from the filling state to the feeding state; e) operating pump drive actuator (20) to further move piston (302) in the direction of extension, performed in a step-by-step mode for a long period of time.
EFFECT: obtaining the ambulatory infusion device.
