SUBSTANCE: group of inventions refers to medicine and concerns a method for producing an autologous composition applicable in treating a mammal suffering from connective tissue diseases, selected from connective tissue injury and/or injury, chronic tendinosis, chronic muscle ruptures and chronic degenerative joint disorders, and/or skin disease, which is an inflammatory skin disorder, comprising the steps of producing an anti-inflammatory/anti-catabolic component of an autologous composition containing IL-1ra and TIMP; obtaining a regenerative component of an autologous composition; and mixing the supernatant component of the anti-inflammatory/anti-catabolic component with the thrombocyte-rich plasma component to obtain an autologous composition. Group of inventions also relates to use of an autologous composition for treating connective tissue diseases, and/or skin diseases in a mammal; method of producing said autologous composition.

EFFECT: group of inventions provides reducing the negative catabolic factors.
