SUBSTANCE: invention relates to power engineering. Burning system comprises combustion chamber (100), which has end section (101) and combustion pre-section (102), continuing from end section (101) along central axis (103) of combustion chamber (100), turbulized element (110), optional ignition burner device (120) and light-emitting device (130) which emits in internal volume (104) of combustion pre-section (102) electromagnetic radiation (131), characterized by the fact that it can generate energy supply in ignition flame (122) or main flame (108) for stabilisation of ignition flame (122) or main flame (108). Also disclosed is a method of controlling a gas turbine combustion system.
EFFECT: invention provides reduced amount of fuel required for the ignition flame, reduced emissions, and also enables to achieve stable combustion process.
