FIELD: medicine.
SUBSTANCE: invention concerns a method for obtaining a bifunctional affinity sorbent for chromatographic purification of fluorescent immunoglobulins by neosmectin immobilization with heterologous antigens, which give cross-reactions with immunoglobulins, wherein a water-soluble antigen is added to the sorbent, exposure is carried out, the unbound antigen is washed away, the pH is adjusted and one-step purification of fluorescent immunoglobulins from unbound FITC and heterologous antibodies is performed with the control of immunological parameters of finished products in the IFA.
EFFECT: invention ensures effective purification of fluorescent immunoglobulins from unbound dye and heterologous antibodies.
