SUBSTANCE: functional structure of reciprocating vertical shift of the medical table with toroidal robotic system with diagnostic and surgical elements which comprises the vertical case of the medical table formed by two coaxial parts while in the fixing washer along the circle the evenly located grooves are made where the lower parts of the first group of vertical rods are fixed, and in the sliding washer on the same diameter similarly the holes are made with a possibility of its reciprocating shift along the first group of vertical rods, the upper ends of which are fixed along the circle of middle diameter of the lower part of the stiffening washer which is fixed in the lower cylindrical part of the lower vertical case of the medical table and in which also along the circle of larger diameter the evenly located holes are made which accommodate with a possibility of shift additional vertical rods, the lower ends of which are fixed on the upper part of the sliding washer, and their upper ends are fixed in the lower part of the limiting washer with axial hole which is fixed inside the upper sliding cylindrical part of the vertical case where also evenly along the circle the bearings are fixed on which the stationary in the longitudinal direction part of the medical table is located for possibility of its rotation, while in the axial hole of the limiting washer also evenly along the circle in front of the vertical plane of this hole limiting rods are located the upper ends of which are fixed in the lower part of stationary in the longitudinal direction part of the medical table, and their lower ends are fixed on the upper part of the auxiliary washer. The vertical rod with helicoid thread is added which has the conic gear fixed in its lower part which is functionally connected the a conic gear of the drive and is fixed by means of bearings from one side in axial hole of the fixing washer, and from another side in the lower axial groove of the stiffening washer, while for vertical lift of the medical table the middle part with helicoid thread of the vertical rod is located in the axial hole of the sliding washer where helicoid thread for its vertical reciprocating shift is also provisioned.
