SUBSTANCE: functional structure of the reciprocating movement of the medical table with the toroidal robot system with diagnostic and surgical elements comprising the vertical casing of the medical table with possibility to change height, that as per position is located on the fixed surface and contains fixing washer, located on the fixed surface with coaxial internal hole, where the casing of the linear drive is secured, its extension part is located in the central slot of the extension washer, by it's the procedure of the reciprocating vertical movement of the medical table is implemented, the table contains fixed in longitudinal direction part of the medical table and top movable in longitudinal direction part, also contains vertical rods; at that in the fixing washer along the circle uniformly distributed slots are made, where the fixed bottom parts of the first group of vertical rods are fixed, and in the extension washer at the same diameter the holes are made with possibility of the reciprocating its movement along the first group of the vertical rods, their top ends are secured along the circle of the middle diameter of the bottom part of the stiffness washer, secured in top part of the vertical casing of the medical table, in it also along the large diameter circle uniformly distributed holes are made, in them additional vertical rods are located with possibility of movement, their bottom ends are secured on top part of the extension washer, and their top ends are secured in the bottom part of the by the internal axial hole and uniformly along the circle by the secured bearings, on which the fixed in longitudinal direction part of the medical table is located for the possibility of its turn, at that in coaxial hole of the limiting washer also uniformly along the circle before the vertical plane of the hole the limiting rods are located, their top ends are secured in the bottom part of the fixed in longitudinal direction part of the medical table, and their bottom ends are secured on the top part of the secondary washer.
